The search for your dream home begins in your present home. By asking yourself a few key questions, you'll begin to form an idea of what your perfect home will be like, which will save you time in the house-hunting process.

Champion Realty’s Purchase Plus Program® offers the following services:

Home Selection
At Champion, we will provide you with a complete Property and Pricing Analysis, which will include sold, expired and active listings; tax records; and seller equity, if available. We will disclose to you any known seller urgency. We provide you with information about the surrounding community and help identify anything that may require additional evaluation, such as lead-based paint, asbestos, radon, etc.

Communication Plan
As a professional, your Champion sales associate knows all of the right questions to ask and, as your advocate, will pass that information along to you. Let us know the fastest way to communicate with you –– by phone, email, text, or social media–– and we’ll use that to stay in touch. We are linked to the entire market, including the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and will provide you with up-to-date information on listed properties. Additionally, we often know of properties that will be coming to the market soon, but have not yet been listed on the MLS.

Current Market Conditions Analysis
When analyzing the current market, we will look at other houses on the market and how many days they have been for sale. We will look to see if homes that have sold recently were in a multiple contract situation, how many homes sold at full price, anything—such as a pre-approval—that could help our negotiating position, and how we can get our contract accepted.
